All 18 achievements and how to get them

Quick answer

Eighteen achievements ship with Early Access. The early ones track your first bowl, first day and first design; the long tail is shop level 20, $10,000 in sales, and the four boss-customer challenges — the True Ramen Critic is the rarest at 0.3% on 10 Oct 2026.

Early Access ships with eighteen achievements, and the unlock rates are public — which makes them the most honest progress map of the player base you will find today. Every rate below is the global unlock percentage from Steam community stats, read on 10 October 2026 (the day after launch).

How the list breaks down

The tutorial five (94% → 66%). Serving your first bowl, finishing a day, painting a design, using the locker and hitting level 5 are all part of your first two sessions. If you are missing any of them, the game is still onboarding you — the first-shift walkthrough covers all five.

The groove tier (59% → 27%). This is where the player base actually forks: serving beer, reaching level 10, expanding the shop, beating the first Critic and getting gyoza on the menu. Everything here wants one new system running at once.

The grind and the gauntlet (21% → 0.2%). Ten business days, level 15, level 20 and $10,000 in sales are pacing challenges — they reward a stable loop rather than any trick. The four boss-customer achievements are the true skill gates; only 0.3% had beaten the True Ramen Critic at snapshot time.

A sensible completion order

  1. First night, level 5. Play the opening chain normally, then burn the night's XP into level 5.
  2. Beer and gyoza. Both are single-system unlocks that permanently widen your menu — do them before you chase level 10.
  3. Expand at your own pace. Room to Dream wants the expansion installed, which wants cash, which wants a menu that sells. Money guide here.
  4. Critic season. With a menu and a rhythm, take on the Ramen Critic; the later bosses build directly on what that fight teaches about aroma, umami and toppings. The full event playbook is here.
  5. The long tail. Ten days, level 20 and $10,000 arrive together if you keep serving good bowls — and then The Works, with Extra Everything, closes the list at 0.2%.
